We offer you two splendid days in Birmingham.
On Saturd
ay, you may take a long city centre walk, take some rest in Soho House and have fun all the evening at the Broad Street.
On Sunday, visit the Jewellery Quarter and Sea Life Birmingham, and before coming back to Wolverhampton, entertain yourself in Bullring.



THE TOUR PLAN:
Day one.
City Centre Walk:

  • Starts form Victoria Square, which is very near to the New Street Railway Station. There you can admire famous Council House, Former Head Post Office and Town Hall.
  • The next stop is Birmingham Museum and Art Galery, where you can see the world`s finest collections of Victorian Paintings, Old Masters and 20th Century British Paintings, and the ceramics exhibition. If you are looking for exciting sensation? In one of the rooms you can listen to the sounds of desert...
  • Going to the canal, don`t forget to see the Hall of the Memory. Than take the nice canal- walk and see beautiful bridges and small caffees, and boats swimming along the canal.
  • Go along the canal to reach St. Paul`s Square, and then go to Temple Row to see St. Phillip`s Cathedral.
Soho House.
  • A splendid place, with 18th century appearance, the house of an industrial pioneer Matthew Boulton. Also, the place where the members of Lunar Society were meeting- the greater engineers, scientists and thinkers of 18th century.
  • You can take some rest in a stylish tea room, which remembers the times of his former inhabitants.


A great party at the Broad Street
  • 88 places to go just on 1 street!! Isn`t it a paradise for students? You can choose any kind of music you like and any place you would like to go clubs, pubs, restaurants, concerts....
Day two.
Jewellery Quarter
  • This 300-year-old Quarter has a worldwide reputation for jewellery making and design. Here, you can visit The School of Jewellery, The Pen Museum and many art galleries.
National Sea Life Centre
  • Discover a tropical paradise at the city centre! There are over 60 displays on four floors to visit. Learn about the sea life, animals and admire a breathtakeing aquariums. Click for more info.
Bullring
  • The obligatory place to go if you want to get to know the modern part of Birmingham. Bullring, as a market, has a tradition of over 800 years, and now it became a shopping and leisure centre. It has a recognizable, modern architectural style, put together with a 12th century St. Martin`s Church.


Accomodation and Transport from Wolverhampton:


You can book a luxury hotel in Birmingham, however we advice you to get some sleep in Formula 1 hotel (25 Pounds per room) in the walk distance from city centre.

Trains from Wolverhampton go every 5 minutes, starting from early morning (5.56 A.M.) untill late night hours (1:42 A.M.) The journey lasts for around 20 minutes.
